Ka-Bi's Pussy Willow Female Born: 4/19/2006 Willow has gone to race for a sprint/mid-distance kennel in NH. Angie Carter from AnisCar Kennel (www.aniscarkennel.com) approach me about wanting to purchase Willow. Her husband and her along with their 4 boys are very involved in racing the New England circuit. They have had some great success this past racing season. We hope that Willow will be a great addition to their kennel for years to come and wish them the best.

Kryska's Klondike Sapphire Clumsen Av Vargevass Male Born: 11/22/2000 Female Born: 1/6/2000 Male Born: 12/3/2002 It was a tough decision but to take our racing kennel to the next level we decided to place Klondike,Sapphire and Clumsen with Denise Melanson of Connecticut. Denise contacted Bill and I about wanting to start her own small recreation team. We knew we wanted to have pups this spring and also knew that it was getting more difficult to give dogs who were not racing anymore for us all the attention they deserved. Denise has taken these three dogs and provided a great home for them which we are pleased as that is most important to us. She is enjoying learning to mush with them.

Ka-Bi's Evie Female Born: 8/16/2004 Evie has gone to live and race for Frank and Cheri Englehardt of Flagstaff, AZ. Having had 3 litters of pups and with all but one being female we had to make the painful decision to let one go to another racing home for breeding purposes. The Englehardts have primarily Northome dogs in their kennel and were interested in Evie. She has fit in nicely and we are thrilled that she is going to such a competive sprint kennel.We wish the Englehardt's the best with their siberians. Here is a picture of her at wheel in a local 4 dog sprint race in which Frank placed first.

Northwind's Logan, SD Male Born:8/9/2002 Logan has gone to live with our good friends Russ and Donna Bedner. After running lead in all mid distance races in the year 2003 we decided to place him to make room in our kennel. Russ was looking for another lead dog to make his four dog team and Logan fit in well. He is well adjusted in his new home and we wish Russ and his team good luck in future races.

Northwind's Dawson, S.D. Male Born: 8/9/2002 After racing on my 6 dog team in 2004 Dawson has gone to live with the Heitz's of Howlin' Huskies Kennels in Pa. He joins Keelin and Demon to help build their sprint teams. We wish them happy trails.

Dakota Male Born:10/12/1997 Dakota was our second siberian we owned. He was quite the character and although he ran in harness was never that enthusiastic about it. He became our school demo dog and also did pet therapy. After several visits to Nora Feder's special education class last year it was decided that Dakota would be adopted by Nora and her husband Charlie. They are able to give him the attention he needs and helps us build up more dogs for our racing team. We are extremely grateful to them for giving Dakota a new home and the attention he deserves.

Ka-Bi's Florence Female Born: 6/23/2005 Flo was one of our Mandy pups that just did not have the enthusiasm in harness that we needed to run mid-distance races. We met a couple shortly after moving into East Windsor who owned siberians before. They fell in love with her and in March with another litter on its way we decided to place her with the Lurie's. She is a sweet loving dog who rules their household. We are pleased that she has a good home and that Valerie and Rich enjoy her immensely.
